National Alliance for Youth Sports
The NAYS organization is one of the training programs our coaches go through before being allowed to coach the Youth of our Community. This program stresses fun and competition over pushing the kids to overachieve or win at all costs. All coaches must be certified by this program in order to coach a team in our league. |
