LCBA follows the Rules of Baseball in this specific order:
1) LCBA Local Rules
2) USSSA National Rules
3) Official Baseball Rules
Links to all of these rules are listed below. Before you ask questions of board members, umpires, etc., please take the time to research your question via the provided links. If, by some slim chance your situation is not covered, then you may contact a board member or umpire. Otherwise, we will refer you right back to these rules.
2008 USSSA National Rules - These rules are published by USSSA. With the exception of any Local League Rules, this document will govern all League and Tournament Games. Each Coach should have a copy of these rules and the rules for your age group.
Official USSSA Pitching Rules & Limitations are located on page 12 of the National Rules
Texas USSSA Tournament Rules - These rules are published by Texas USSSA and shall be deemed exceptions to the USSSA National Rules, for Tournament Play Only! Each Coach should have a copy of these rules prior to playing in any USSSA Tournament!
For specific rule questions, that cannot be found in ANY of the rules listed above, please check the "Board" page of this site and contact the appropriate member of the board for answers until the new version of the Bylaws and Local Rules are available.
